The site is operated by Family Legal Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16431127, registered office Access Business Centre, Willoughby Road, Bracknell RG12 8FB. Family Legal Ltd is the data controller for the information described here and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under number ZC018853.
The information we collect
Most of Maypole can be read without giving us any personal information. If you contact us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address and your message. We also collect limited technical information, such as pages visited and the type of device used, through analytics cookies if you accept them.
How we use it
We use contact details to reply to you, and analytics data to understand how the site is used so we can make it more helpful. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in running and improving a free resource, and your consent for non-essential cookies. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing unless you have asked for it.
Sharing
We only share personal information where the law requires it, or with trusted providers who help us run the website, such as hosting and analytics services, under contracts that protect your data.
How long we keep it
